Background Gloppen municipality v/the property department needs a framework agreement for fire technical advice. Several municipal buildings lack completely or partially updated fire technical documentation, and the municipality therefore needs systematic mapping, assessment and prioritization of further work. The municipality needs documentation for use in operations, management and supervision. There is a particular need for updated fire drawings, orientation plans and escape plans, as well as an assessment of the status and any deficiencies in existing documentation. The purpose of the procurement is to ensure access to professional expertise that can deliver uniform, clear and up-to-date documentation for the buildings the municipality plans to develop during the agreement period. Description of the assignment The client wishes to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier for fire engineering consultancy services for municipal buildings. The assignment includes preparation and updating of fire technical documentation where this is wholly or partially missing.
