The purpose of the market, the subject of this consultation, is the selection of three (3) Holders for the creation of a Specialized Professional Fund (FPS) or the takeover of a General Purpose Investment Fund (FIVG) which must be transformed into an FPS (hereinafter the “Funds”) and the management of these Funds according to a strategy known as absolute performance euro bonds. Each Holder having received an Order Form will be tasked with creating or taking over an absolute performance euro bond strategy fund.
