Receptions Customization Object of these services: Framework agreement with external catering partners for events and “High-end” custom orders covering VIVES South and VIVES North. Explanation: VIVES South and VIVES North University of Applied Sciences organize an annual event wide range of events and “High-end” custom assignments within both the North and South campuses, which are spread throughout the province of West Flanders. These activities are an integral part of academic and social functioning from the university and require professional, high-quality and reliable catering support. Phases of the assignment: 1st phase - Selection This document concerns the first phase, namely the selection phase, of a two-step placement procedure. In During this first phase, only an “Application for participation” is requested, supplemented with the necessary attachments, with which the candidate shows his interest in the assignment and expresses his written wish to be selected (Article 2, 12° Public Contracts Act 17 June 2016) and submits the requested supporting documents in order to be selected. 2nd phase - Awarding After the selection, only the selected candidates can participate in the second phase, the award phase, based on the specifications that will will be delivered after the selection decision.
