Tender Details

The SIVU (Single-purpose intercommunal union) has a Fiber To The Home (FTTH) network in the municipalities of Cappelle-La-Grande, Coudekerque-Branche, Fort-Mardyck and Saint-Pol-Sur-Mer. This network has a potential of just over 27, 000 sockets. This FTTH network, implemented between 2009 and 2011, is based on GPON (Gigabit Passive Optical Network) technology. It is operated by the company "Altitudeinfra" under a service contract until 2034. The SIVU today needs to carry out new connections and extensions to its network. This consultation concerns the signing of a framework works agreement for the purpose of work to extend the FTTH network and connect new subscribers. Content and terms execution of services, subject of the framework agreement are detailed in the CCTP. The CCTP constitutes one of the pieces of the future framework agreement. The simple fact of responding to the consultation implies acceptance, without restriction, of all the clauses provided for in the present CCTP.
