Within the Province of Limburg, several management and management vacancies arise every year, in scales 13 to 18, which cannot be filled internally or via the Internal labor market. To date, for each vacancy that we cannot fill internally, a tender has been issued to engage a search agency. For efficiency reasons, a European tender has been decided to conclude a framework agreement with a maximum of three executive search agencies, to support the recruitment and selection procedures for management and management positions in scales 13 to 18. We distinguish two lots, lot 1 management (management) positions in scales 15-18: and lot 2 management positions in scales 13-14. The client wishes to contract a maximum of three agencies for each plot. An assignment will only be granted if the organization itself has not succeeded in filling the vacancy. The Province of Limburg wishes to collaborate on a multi-year basis with a maximum of 3 specialized search agencies per plot in the field of qualitative (public) leadership.
