Framework agreement for the execution of audit missions in 2 lots: lot 1: have audit missions carry out and consulting missions and have external expertise for the internal audit of Infrabel. The framework agreement will be concluded with maximum 6 winners. Each market, based on the framework agreement, is subject to the competition between the various contractors, called mini-competition. This may concern missions of all kinds (financial, Project Management, HR, Procurement, Legal, GDPR, ESG, Communication, ....) Lot 2: Having IT guidance missions carried out and missions IT guidance consultancy and have an IT external expertise for the internal audit of Infrabel. The framework agreement will be concluded with maximum 10 winners. Each market, based on the framework agreement, is subject to competition between the various contractors, called mini-competitive. That concerns Missions of Nature IT (for example ICT, Information Safety, Data Protection, etc.)
