Execution framework agreement - Ruds Vedby Sorø Spildevand A/S must separate waste water from rainwater in Ruds Vedby. In this connection, a new pipeline system with associated rainwater basins must be established at the same time that the operation of the existing system can maintained. This tender includes material delivery for approx. 13 km of rain and sewage pipes. The overall project is expected to be carried out over 7 possible stages with a 4-year horizon to ensure optimal handling of traffic from the local area and minimization of nuisance for citizens in Ruds Vedby. However, according to the framework agreement, the Client has the option to terminate this and thus end the cooperation with the Contractor before the start of a new stage, i.e. before the start of each of the stages 1-7. The supplier must have good internal capacity and material capacity so that any shifts in the schedule can be absorbed and so that the delivery schedule for the tendered areas can be met. It is noted that the assignment is offered as a framework agreement with a supplier, which is why the winning bidder is not guaranteed a minimum purchase in relation to the ordering party.
