Framework agreement for engineering services The purpose of the procurement is to establish a comprehensive framework agreement for the purchase of technical engineering and consultancy services for BKK. The framework agreement shall cover the network company's overall needs for technical, interdisciplinary and strategic advice related to the development, renewal, operation and expansion of the power grid. This means that the framework agreement must cover BKK's entire concession area and include all subject areas within engineering and technical consultancy. The agreement must support the entire value chain from early phase and studies, via licensing processes and detailed design, to implementation support, commissioning and documentation.
