Framework agreement for electronic security The purpose of this agreement is to ensure the performance and functional requirements linked to the electronic security of objects linked to the Water and Wastewater Agency (VAV/Contractor). VAV has several industrial facilities connected to it water production, water distribution and waste management, as well as administration premises that are secured or to be secured. The facilities vary greatly in size and consist of a few larger industrial mountain facilities for water treatment and sewage treatment, high-altitude pools for water storage, and several smaller pumping stations for water and sewage.
