Framework agreement for electrical work, operation, emergency response and minor renovations Background Bustadstiftinga currently owns 378 apartments and five kindergartens. The Bustadstiftinga has six employees and in 2025 the foundation had a turnover of approx. 52 million. Bustadstiftinga must be included new framework agreement for electrical work, as the existing agreement expires on 31.08.26. The building stock requires ongoing maintenance and repairs, and the business needs a predictable and available supplier who can handle many smaller assignments throughout the year. The purpose of the procurement is to ensure quick and efficient handling of planned maintenance tasks and unforeseen damage to buildings and surfaces, so that the properties are kept in a proper condition and residents are affected as little as possible. The framework agreement shall contribute to the short response time if needed and a simple ordering and follow-up process through a fixed contact point. Description of the assignment The assignment includes the establishment of a framework agreement for the execution of electrical work in Bustadstiftinga's building stock. The agreement must cover a combination of ongoing minor repairs, damage repairs and planned maintenance, as well as work in connection with moving and minor remodeling. Goods and services were purchased within this area for approximately NOK 1.3 million including VAT in 2025.
