Framework agreement for electrical work in Bygland municipality Background Bygland municipality needs to establish a framework agreement for electrical workers in the municipality's buildings and facilities. The municipality manages a building stock with ongoing maintenance needs, and several buildings are in need regular electrical monitoring to ensure stable operation, ensure safety and reduce the risk of service interruptions. The procurement will contribute to quick and predictable access to qualified assistance for both planned works and acute failures.
