Framework agreement electrical control and ventilation service (market research) The renovation company for the Drammen region IKS (RfD) plans to announce a competition for a framework agreement for electrical control and ventilation service, for its recycling and transshipment stations. The framework agreement will consist of two sub-contracts; one contract for checking and thermography of electrical installations etc. and one contract for Service and maintenance of ventilation systems. As part of the preparation of the competition, the client wants dialogue with the market before the competition is announced. The purpose of the dialogue is to get input on the basis of the competition so that it is clear, competitive and feasible for the suppliers. The client wants general feedback on the attached price form and the two the requirement specifications, including whether anything is unclear, unreasonable or unnecessarily cost-driving.
