Tender Details

The consultation is launched in the form of an open call for tenders in application of articles L. 2124-1, R. 2124-1, R. 2124-2-1° of the public procurement code. Each lot takes the form of a framework service agreement at mixed prices. In application of Article R.2162-9, each framework agreement will be single-awarded and will define all contractual stipulations. Lot 1: editorial support. The editorial strategy, production and management of content for the website, in particular the pages of the URBACT knowledge center (Knowledge Hub), those on URBACT good practices (URBACT Good Practices) and those of the Toolbox (URBACT Toolbox) as well as the URBACT newsletter. Lot 2: support for digital communication: network management social and community management. Digital strategy, graphic production for digital support, community management, management of the program's social networks. Lot 3: support for graphic design. This lot includes the creation of visuals, icons, logos, and other forms of communication for the purposes of the URBACT program.
