Tender Details

This consultation concerns a framework agreement relating to detection, localization and georeferencing services for drinking water, sanitation and public lighting networks. This framework agreement is carried out jointly between LYSED (coordinator of group) and the municipalities of Anthon, Charvieu-Chavagneux, Chavanoz, Janneyrias, Pont-de-Chéruy and Villette d'Anthon. The framework agreement with maximum is concluded in application of articles L.2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Code of public procurement. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. The maximum amount of benefits for the total duration of the framework agreement is 660, 000 euro(s) excluding tax. The maximum amount attached to each of the member municipalities is indicated in the act of commitment. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of one year from its date of notification. The framework agreement is tacitly renewed until its end. The number of renewal periods is set at 3. The duration of each renewal period renewal is 12 months. The maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, is 4 years. The execution or delivery times of the services are fixed for each order form in accordance with the stipulations of the documents of the framework agreement.
