Description: The purpose of the Framework Agreement (AC) is to define the conditions applicable to Subsequent Contracts (MS) which will be concluded subsequently by the ANFR, for desktop publishing and printing services in number. The expected services are defined in the Special Conditions Book (CCP). In practice, this involves mass printing, from files, documents with a fixed general structure (fees, licenses, billing statements, etc.) and variable parts depending on the recipient (addresses, numbers, messages…), to ensure their enveloping, their postage and their sending in number. Consequently, this CA is intended more for printers than for communication agencies.
