Purpose of services: Appointment of surveyors in the context of the sale or acquisition of land in IDETA's economic activity zones (or properties for which IDETA manages). The successful bidder will provide Ideta, based on successive orders which would be made to it during the duration of the framework agreement: The right-of-way plans (and, if necessary, easements) meeting the standards of pre-cadastration (including, among other things, the division / delimitation of plots), allowing it to carry out a deed notarized for the transfer of ownership: • in paper format in 10 signed copies per rights-of-way plan ordered (in a format, on a scale and with perfectly legible annotations), including the mention of the coordinates of the limit points in Belgian Lambert coordinates 1972 and 2008; • in DWG format geo-referenced in Belgian Lambert coordinates 1972 and 2008; • in PDF format, with mention of the coordinates of the limit points in Belgian Lambert coordinates 1972 and 2008. Said delimitation plans must include a mention of all appropriate easements, specific areas, and possible underground rights-of-way. The successful bidder will mention on his plans all the sources of his research. All measuring costs (including those relating to maintaining work meetings) and all procedures for researching boundaries, researching exact positioning and easements are the responsibility of the successful bidder.
