Framework agreement relating to maintenance services, upkeep of roofs, gutters, gutters and rainwater downspouts of Ugecam Ile-de-France establishments. The framework agreement is mixed (part for purchase orders and part for subsequent contracts) single-awardee with maximum is passed in application of articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders and the conclusion of subsequent contracts. THE content of the services is defined by the documents in the consultation file.
