FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR DEPOLLUTION WORK AS PART OF PHASE 2 OF REHABILITATION WORK ON THE MEJANES LIBRARY Following positive diagnoses of the presence of asbestos and lead materials within the library buildings, it is necessary to remove these polluted materials so that the work carried out subsequently can be carried out in complete safety on healthy surfaces.
