The subject of the public contract is to conclude a framework agreement pursuant to Section 131 of the Act between the contracting authority and the selected supplier.
In the non -stringing fixed set with pressure -proof inter -car transitions, fully capable of operation on the railway lines of a normal width of 1, 435 mm in Europe (summary "cars" or separately "car"), namely the following types of cars:
