The subject of the public contract is to conclude a framework agreement pursuant to Section 131 of the Act between the contracting authority and the selected supplier.
The subject of the framework agreement is to modify the procedure for concluding sub -purchase contracts to:
a) production and supply of up to 90 pcs of passenger railway cars with a speed of at least 230 km/h allowing connections In the non -stringing fixed set with pressure -proof inter -car transitions, fully capable of operation on the railway lines of a normal width of 1, 435 mm in Europe (summary, "cars" or separately "car"), namely the following types of cars:
• AFMPZ - a 1 -class control car, with a capacity of at least 44 places;
• ampz - a 1 -class car with a capacity of at least 55 seats;
• BRMPZ - dining car (seats at tables) with a 2 -class section, with a capacity of at least 26 seats in the 2nd wagon class and at least 18 seats in the bistro;
• BBMPZ - multifunctional car 2. Class with 3 seats for passengers, toilet Prm and places for children with capacity minimum 50 seats;
• BMPZ = car 2. Class with capacity of at least 80 seats,
• BDMPZ = car 2. Class with space for shipping at least 12 bicycles with a capacity of at least 60 seats and standard UIC intermediate interface
b) Delivery of spare parts and structural units of the exchange system
