Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery, installation and commissioning of multifunctional devices for organizational units of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, hereinafter referred to as equipment in part 1 of the order.2. The ordering party will award the order (order no. 3 to framework agreement) for the supply of equipment, based on the framework agreement concluded as a result of the decision in part 1 of the proceedings.3. The order will be processed with due care and in accordance with all requirements contained in the ToR and its annexes. Delivered the subject of the order must be complete and, after commissioning, ready for operation as intended, without additional investment purchases on the part of the Ordering Party. At the stage of order execution, the contractor performs the subject of the order in accordance with the requirements Ordering Party.4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 2a to the SWZ.
