Zorgband Leie en Schelde is fully committed to data-driven work. Over the past period, a central data platform was set up based on Microsoft Fabric and an associated Power BI environment. This was done on a limited budget with the focus on the setting up the basic architecture and some initial reports. We are now looking for a contractor who converts our use cases into useful insights that are plugged into the data platform of Zorgband Leie en Schelde. We expect that the contractor builds on the data roadmap that has already been set up with various use cases (operational, financial, healthcare content, HR...). This roadmap is the starting point, but needs to be further developed. That is why we are looking for a contractor who will work with us thinks about relevant KPIs, logical data links and clear Power BI reports. The use cases are then developed and finally the end user is trained in the use of the reports. In this assignment we are not only looking for a technical one party, but a partner who takes analysis, content and adoption equally seriously, so we avoid the platform remaining unused after startup. We expect our teams to be taken step by step: from basic reporting from one source, to... integrated insights, to predictive analytics.
