Framework agreement Customer analyses Metroselskabet offers a framework agreement for customer analyses, which covers both customers of the Copenhagen metro and the capital's light rail. The company wants to be able to act more flexibly and ad hoc in carrying out analyzes than is the case today. There is a need for new investigations on an ongoing basis and at short notice, and the company wants a supplier who can act quickly on these inquiries and is able to carry out the work within a reasonable time frame. Analyzes can be smaller analyses, adjustments or larger, individual analyses/investigations.
