The City of Vaxholm invites tenderers to submit tenders in the procurement for the framework agreement for handicraft services - Electrical work.

Vaxholm's city (Staden) has approx. 12, 000 inhabitants. The city includes about 70 islands, 57 of which are inhabited, as well as the large green peninsula Bogesundslandet. Natural beauty with good opportunities for outdoor life andthe immediate proximity to Stockholm's inner city are some of the factors that contribute to so many wanting to live and work in Vaxholm.

This procurement refers to the framework agreement for electrical work.



General information

The city manages an areaabout 60, 000 square meters consisting of schools, preschools, homes for the elderly, administrative buildings, sports buildings and a few other buildings.

The city also has a limited company, Smeden 3 AB, which manages an area of ​​2, 671 square meters with 32 apartments and 1 premises. This limited company is covered by these three procurements andh must be able to invoke the framework agreement.

The city of Vaxholm does not have its own staff for the operation of the properties, but the city hires an operating contractor who is responsible for the operational technical property management.

The procurements (Painting and Electricity) refer to work within the client's properties/areas and are characterized byon ongoing operation and maintenance work as well as minor new, remodeling and extension work.

For contracts with a value exceeding SEK 3, 000, 000, the client reserves the right to procure these outside of this framework agreement.

The city intends to sign a framework agreement with one (1) tenderer .
