The aim of the assignment is to provide a courier service for samples and carcasses of wild animals, autopsy of carcasses, sampling, conditioning and analysis of samples. This assignment is necessary for the operationalization of active and passive disease surveillance wildlife in the Flemish Region. This order is an order for services within the meaning of art. 2, 21 of the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016. This contract is a framework agreement within the meaning of art. 2, 35 and 43 of the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016.
