To ensure that these construction projects run smoothly, UZ Leuven wishes a framework agreement for Coordination of the temporary material and contractor hub.
More specifically for the operational management of the material and contractor hub on the Gasthuisberg site, we are looking for a service provider who is responsible for the daily crew and follow-up.
It is estimated 2 coordinators must be present daily during the day hours between 5:30 and 19:00 and they will be responsible for a combination of tasks including (not exhaustive):
a) Planning and organization
- Reception and registration of suppliers and contractors who register
- Elaboration of it Registration process and procedures for suppliers and contractors
- Coordinating the planning of deliveries and contractors over the various yards, with the respective site leaders
- Inform contractors and site leaders about necessary adjustments in the planning
