Framework agreement for consulting engineering services VVS (RIV) The purpose of the competition is to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier for the purchase of consulting engineering services within VVS (RIV). The framework agreement must ensure access to professionally strong advice with high security of delivery in the execution of the contract. The agreement shall facilitate predictability, high quality and efficient use of resources in upcoming projects and measures that are necessary for the safe and proper administration of the Storting's building mass.
