Framework agreement for consultancy services within ICT The purpose of the procurement is to establish up to three parallel framework agreements for consultancy assistance on up to three sub-contracts in the ICT and analysis field (up to three framework agreements per sub-contract). The framework agreements shall supplement and complete the client's need for consultancy services where internal staffing and expertise make external assistance necessary. The suppliers must cover the client's need for consultancy assistance in daily operations and future development tasks in the business.
