The objective of the procurement is to establish up to three parallel framework agreements for consultancy services for up to three sub-contracts in the ICT and analysis field (up to three framework agreements per sub-contract). The framework agreements shall supplement and complement the contracting authority ́s need for consultancy services where internal staffing and competence require external assistance.
