Framework agreement for consultancy services Harstad municipality, Kvæfjord municipality, Lødingen municipality, Tjeldsund municipality and Ibestad municipality wish to enter into parallel framework agreements with suppliers for the delivery of technical consultancy services for architects and consultants engineers for the following subjects: Subcontract 1 Construction technical services: Construction, electrical, plumbing Subcontract 2 Fire engineering services Subcontract 3 Project management/builder's representative/construction management/ (ITB coordinator) Subcontract 4 Building and process automation Subcontract 5 Architect/technical drawings Subcontract 6 Regulatory plan We want to enter into parallel agreements within each subject to have greater security for availability. Up to three framework agreements will be awarded for each subcontract. Offers can be submitted for one or several subcontracts. Ranking: Where there are parallel framework agreements, allocation by call shall take place in accordance with the ranking resulting from the evaluation of the allocation criteria. The contractual partner who is ranked as No. 1 will be the one who receives in each case the opportunity to undertake the assignment. The projects to which this procurement will apply are projects on municipal buildings, facilities and properties in the municipalities covered by this procurement.
