The framework agreement covers service work and smaller contracts. The contracts include building works such as conversions, additions and new constructions. All projects are connected to the unique business Got Event conducts, such as arenas for mainly football and ice hockey and swimming pools and with associated functions for operation and administration. The main work effort takes place when the arenas are closed, alternatively the work needs to be planned and coordinated with the ongoing operations. This places demands on large flexibility, commitment and resource capacity of everyone involved in the projects. Estimated contract sum is approximately SEK 40 million per year. The scope of the projects is clarified at each call. The framework agreement primarily covers the projects/works there prerequisites do not exist for an advertised procedure, e.g. time-critical projects. The customer reserves the right to procure certain projects outside of this framework agreement. Got Event intends to sign framework agreements with two or three entrepreneurs. The suppliers are not ranked. The ambition is to ask the framework agreement suppliers so that the volume is distributed roughly equally over time. The ordered volume can have a large variation between years depending on the financial development for Got Event AB as well as ongoing planning for the arena development in Gothenburg.
