Framework agreement construction services VA Karlstad Municipality carries out ongoing maintenance and renewal of existing VA works and facilities. The rate of maintenance and renewal needs to increase in the coming years to ensure a long-term sustainable facility. For a more efficient work with maintenance and renewal, a framework agreement is now negotiated for construction services at our existing works and other facilities. The approximate annual volume that will be called via the framework agreement is SEK 15 million, and the ceiling volume for the entire agreement period is SEK 120 million.
