Framework agreement for the construction of mechanical assemblies The purpose of this consultation is to designate the holder of the framework agreement for the supply of mechanical assemblies. The study services and supplies to be carried out by the holder concern the following areas: - Study of tools or mechanical assemblies, - Supply of plans and calculation notes, - Supplies of mechanical assemblies, - Installation of mechanical assemblies, - Renovation of mechanical parts or assemblies, - Tests and reports controls, - Regulatory approval where applicable. Full details of the services appear in the CCTP. This is a framework agreement for single-awarded supplies, with a minimum amount of 100, 000.00 euro(s) excluding tax and a maximum amount of 1, 000, 000.00 euro(s) excluding tax, over the entire duration of the framework agreement (including renewals), in accordance with article R. 2162-4 1° of the public procurement code. This framework agreement will be executed as and when purchase orders are issued in accordance with article R. 2162-2 paragraph 2 of the public procurement code. All services will be carried out by the service provider except collection and delivery which will be carried out at SEMITAN, at the following address: SEMITAN - DALBY Depot - Entrance deliveries Boulevard Maréchal Lyautey 44046 NANTES However, certain deliveries may be made across the entire SEMITAN network in agreement with the holder of the framework agreement.
