As part of the construction of a central energy boiler room composed of 2 heat pumps drawing energy from a geothermal pool and 2 backup/backup gas boilers, Dalkia is initiating a consultation to design and build the Work. It will be broken down into several technical lots. Considering the above, the project owner, DALKIA wishes to entrust the holder with a topography and detection surveyor mission. The heating network will be approximately 5 km (33 substations) and the geothermal network of approximately 2 km (6 boreholes). The service will consist of the production of topographical plans and detections on which the existing networks appear, in the planned area of the heat network. These plans will be used for the creation of the DCE VRD guide plans and the consultation of the company which will carry out the work of laying the pre-insulated pipes for the future heating network. This phase will also include the carrying out of marking-staking operations in presence at least of the project manager or any other person commissioned by the Project Owner.
