Framework agreement Communication services for science recruitment (1) The purpose of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement for the delivery of holistic communication services that will support the client's strategic and operational communication work. The framework agreement shall ensure access to relevant expertise and capacity within communication consultancy, content production and further development and management of the business's digital communication surfaces. To ensure efficient, secure and stable management of the digital flats, it is necessary for the supplier to also provide hosting and technical support for the solutions.
