This framework agreement entered into by application of articles L2125-1, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Order Code concerns the supply and design of meals to school restaurants and collective receptions for minors as defined in the different consultation pieces. This framework agreement is concluded with a minimum of 95, 000 annual meals (45, 000 annual meals for lot no. 1 and 50, 000 annual meals for lot no. 2) and a maximum of 235, 000 annual meals (112, 000 annual meals for lot no. 1 and 123, 000 annual meals for lot no. 2). The quantities indicated below are purely indicative and are based on the purchase orders actually issued for the year 2025. This school catering services market includes the category of "services social and other specific services "within the meaning of appendix 3 of the public procurement code.
