The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement for the provision of clean-up works. Based on the concluded framework agreement, the contracting authority will order the execution of clearing works according to the current need for the duration of the framework agreement. Because the circuit performed activities can be broad and cannot be specified in the smallest details of individual items, the contracting authority established for the purposes of the procurement procedure a list of the most frequently implemented items, which it listed in the "Offer price cover sheet". These items the contracting authority specifies the subject of the performance of the public contract in such a way that it is the same for all participants in the procurement procedure and enables the submission of mutually comparable offers. Framework agreement for clearing buildings and adjacent spaces The subject of the public contract is conclusion of the Framework Agreement for the provision of clearing works. Based on the concluded framework agreement, the contracting authority will order the execution of clearing works according to the current need for the duration of the framework agreement.
