Cleaning and service services at the head office at Wijgmaal 4 B and C Cleaning services at various locations Window cleaning services at the head office at Wijgmaal 4 B and C Window cleaning services at various locations This assignment concerns a framework agreement for implementation of cleaning and window cleaning services in various administrative buildings and regional offices mainly used for office activities, meetings and public reception. The framework agreement is concluded for a fixed period of one year and can subsequently be tacitly extended three times for one year each time, in accordance with Article 57 of the Public Procurement Act. The assignment is split into 4 lots because of its size, complexity and practicality implementation modalities. -Lot 1: Cleaning and service services in building in Wijgmaal 4B and 4C -Lot 2: Cleaning services at various locations -Lot 3: Window cleaning in building at Wijgmaal 4B and 4C -Lot 4: Window cleaning at various locations The assignment is possible are carried out for the following entities under SamenFerm: Ferm Kinderopvang vzw, Ferm Thuiszorg vzw, Immo Quality Fund vzw, Ferm Huishoudhulp cv, Ferm vzw, Ferm Dienstencheques cv and SamenFerm fv, (acting for itself and on behalf of all these entities).
