Description: The subject of the contract is the supply of chemicals and plastics.

The result of the tender procedure will be the conclusion of a framework agreement for a period of 4 years with several suppliers.

The contracting authority will conclude a framework agreement with all suppliers who meet the qualification requirements and whose bids for the conclusion of the framework agreement will be submitted within the deadline for submission of bids and will not be excluded in the assessment of compliance with the tender conditions, but at least two suppliers.

Individual partial public contracts implemented on the basis of a framework agreement concluded with several suppliers will be awarded in accordance with the procedure with the renewal of competition between the participants in the framework agreement pursuant to Section 135 of the Public Procurement Act.
