UVSH00612026 - 1 The purpose of this contract is the preparation and delivery of meals intended for collective accommodation centers for people in precarious situations. Services include the provision of ready-to-eat meals, delivery daily on site and the provision of containers and equipment necessary for transport and service. The service provider ensures the provision of the following meals:● Breakfast (cold meal authorized); ● Dinner / main hot meal; ● Snacks, if applicable. Meals must be balanced and nutritious, adapted to the needs of a population in vulnerable situations and composed in such a way as to guarantee a sufficient intake of proteins, lipids and carbohydrates. Menus must be communicated in advance (1 week before actual delivery).
