Framework agreement for carrying out relocation orders under management 1. Through this assignment, the Contracting Authority wishes to conclude a framework agreement with one (1) Entrepreneur, in accordance with Article 43 §4 of the Public Contracts Act from June 17, 2016. 2. The assignment concerns the execution of relocation assignments on Campus Gasthuisberg, Campus Pellenberg, Campus Sint-Rafaël and the warehouses of UZ Leuven in Aarschot. The assignments to be carried out can vary greatly in nature and size and complexity. The services include, but are not limited to, the following activities: 2.1 Internal moving and logistics support - Moving furniture, office furnishings, archives and medical equipment between departments and buildings and campuses. - Support for internal redesigns, temporary relocations and operational realignments. - Carrying out ad hoc logistical tasks in the context of daily hospital operations, including: o Raising and lowering desks; o Assembly and placement of furniture. - Stocking and sorting building materials. - Moving heavy machines ( 1, 200 kg/piece), discuss possible approach in consultation with the Contracting Authority. - Moving paintings/works of art. - Emptying and cleaning of the “destination” premises for bringing in the pieces to be moved. 2.2 Support for events and temporary setups - Construction and dismantling of event infrastructure (tables...
