This contract concerns a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders for the carrying out of preventive archaeological excavations and associated services as part of the monitoring of work sites. This framework agreement concerns the entire territory community, namely the municipalities of Arles, Tarascon, Saint-Martin-de-Crau, Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, Boulbon and Saint-Pierre de Mézoargues. The buyer decides not to allocate the initial framework agreement for the following reasons: devolution in separate batches is likely on the one hand to make the execution of the services technically difficult or financially more costly and on the other hand, these are homogeneous services of the same nature meeting a need
