Finishing scraping of surface coal present on the Montoir de Bretagne coal yard and backfilling, yards 1 to 4 The services relate to the finishing scraping of the surface coal present on the Montoir-de-Bretagne coal yard and embankment, parks 1 to 4. The services include in particular the following works: - scraping the coal sub-layer present on the 4 OTCM coal parks (n°1, n°2, n°3, n°4). - the transfer of scraped coal to part of the park, in order to to be picked up by a shovel wheel to be exported, - the backfilling of parts of the excavated park, up to the altimetry of the natural terrain. The thicknesses of coal recorded by surveys in the storage area vary between 0 and 2.5 m depending on the parks. The main objective of the scraping operation is to scrape as much recoverable coal as possible and to limit as much as possible the volume of coal mixed with the natural soil. EDF SA issues this opinion on behalf of its subsidiary OTCM. The services are relating to the finishing scraping of the surface coal present on the Montoir de Bretagne coal yard and backfilling, yards 1 to 4. The services include in particular the following work: scraping of the under-layer of coal present on the 4 parks (n°1, n°2, n°3, n°4), coal from OTCM. the transfer of the scraped coal to part of the park, in order to be taken up by a wheel excavator to be exported, the backfilling of the excavated parts of the park, ...
