2026-013 - 1 The purpose of this contract is to use due diligence services covering four complementary aspects, namely financial, tax, legal and social aspects. The purpose of this contract is the use of due services diligence covering four complementary aspects, namely financial, tax, legal and social aspects. These services are intended to support the contracting authority in the preliminary analysis of different operations likely to be envisaged, in particular the acquisition of companies, the acquisition of participations or shares in companies, as well as, where applicable, the internalization of certain services. The objective is to have, prior to any decision, an assessment structured, reliable and multidisciplinary analysis of the risks, constraints, opportunities and impacts attached to the planned operation. The entities likely to be the subject of an analysis may present very varied profiles. It could thus be done, without this list is exhaustive, of parapublic, public, unlisted private structures, young innovative companies or start-ups, or any other form of organization. The geographical scope of the services covers Belgium, with a main concentration of operations and entities concerned in Wallonia and Brussels.
