Framework agreement carpentry service The purpose of the procurement is to cover the client's need for carpentry services. The procurement includes, among other things, the following benefits: • Maintenance and ongoing work • Major planned maintenance jobs and projects • Emergency repairs However, this will also include the delivery of some material, as in many cases it will be appropriate for the supplier to bring the material that is necessary for the performance of the assignment in question. Although the procurement includes any material, it is emphasized that this agreement does not grant any exclusivity on the delivery of such material, and that the Client is otherwise not obliged to purchase material from the service provider. The client is thus free to buy material from our other framework agreements and still use a contract supplier for work to be carried out without a mark-up in the agreed prices for work.
