Framework agreement car leasing The state administrator needs to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier for the provision of car leasing of passenger cars. The vehicles will be used in connection with control and supervision activities. This control and supervision activity is carried out from office locations throughout Norway. The framework agreement must also include services such as tire hotel, repairs, maintenance, insurance, service and charging chip.
