STIB is looking for companies that can make them available for assignments for one or more days, profiles that are specific to copper and/or fiber optic cabling activities in the installation and solving problems with telephony/CCTV networks, as well asAdvisory, control and support profiles for these activities. The framework agreement is divided into 3 plots, each of which is awarded to a maximum of 3 successful bidders. The 3 plots are as follows: 1- Telecom technicians fiber optic, copper and active elements 2- Tunnel cable-goers3- Installation programs for surface fibers Each batch can consist of different specific profiles. At the cascade of the framework agreement, the companies are arranged on the basis of draw, in rising order of the price (the lowest registration is the firstRanked, and so on). When an need for resources is expressed, the STIB sends a request for secondment for a specific assignment to the best -ranking of the intended draw. If the company cannot offer the desired profile under the specific conditions of theAssignment (deadline, duration, specific characteristics), the STIB goes to the next ranked company in the classification of the parcel concerned until it has found the suitable profile.
