Framework agreement on BMS consultancy With this tender, the Ordering Party wishes to obtain offers for consultancy for a framework agreement on consultancy for the use of BMS in Copenhagen Municipality's properties. During the term of the framework agreement, installation and renovation of BMS system (building automation) and of the basic technical installations in around 40-50 pieces. of Copenhagen Municipality's properties, which Copenhagen Properties manages. The focus is primarily on the handling of alarms and the renovation of technical facilities for applicable legal requirements and KEJD standards (Technical Builder Standards) in terms of management with regard to heating, domestic water, ventilation and lighting. The client wishes to enter into a framework agreement with one consultant who must deliver the following services to the client: 1. Preparation of technical tender material for BMS contract framework agreement2. Advice on concrete BMS tasks during the term of the framework agreement.
