Framework agreement on asphalt and asphalt services The client needs to enter into a framework agreement on a turnkey contract for asphalt and asphalt services. The framework agreement shall include a wide range of products and services related to asphalting. The framework agreement includes, but is not limited to: - New asphalting - Repair asphalting - Patching - Asphalt products - Asphalt bonding - Asphalt milling - Speed humps - Hand laying - Machine laying - Traffic routing When calling off the agreement, the contractor must, as a general rule, have responsibility for, and to a large extent contribute to, finding good solutions for the assignments that are to be carried out.
