LOT 1: Ile-de-France LOT 2: Hauts-de-France, Normandy/Grand-Est/Central West LOT 3: Central-East Rhône Alpin/New Aquitaine/Grand-Sud This contract concerns the establishment of a framework agreement for the carrying out of asbestos, lead and real estate by an authorized body whose mission details are given below: - Asbestos List A and B identification and Asbestos Technical File (DTA), - Asbestos Identification Before Works or Demolition, - Collection of materials for laboratory analysis accredited, - Visual Inspection/Examination After Work, - Dust measurement, - Pre-Sales Diagnostic - RADON Missions - Lead Identification Before Work These services aim to: - To ensure the mandatory conformity of buildings and works by relation to regulations, - To be able to justify it to official bodies (prefectures, labor inspection, CARSAT, etc.), - To respect the obligations of the owner, - To assess and prevent risks to the safety and health of occupants, - Protection of workers in their work environment, These diagnostics are carried out for buildings, metal structures, engineering structures, pipes, networks, service stations, coatings roads and industrial equipment.
